About the role
As a Brand Manager, you will develop and implement consumer driven marketing and brand strategies.


You will foster new and existing partnerships within our retail and trade sales channels, influencing and engaging with Bunnings merchandising and marketing teams.


Operating within the Cabot's business portfolio of woodcare brands, the Feast Watson brand is an ultra-premium range of finishes that delivers stylish transformation and beautiful protection to timber.

The brand has exciting sustainability ambitions, and it is a brilliant opportunity for you to be on this trajectory with us driving growth.


The role is based out of Clayton with flexible working options, you will make an impact across the business working cross functionally to maximize returns and influencing our major customers.


Responsibilities

  • Delivery of New Product Development program in line with sustainability targets
  • Develop the communication mix for our campaigns together with the agencies
  • Own brand revenue performance and expense cost centre
  • Ensure activation plans across customers and channels

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in brand management or marketing sales roles within consumer driven brands
  • The ability to seek out improvements and drive process enhancements
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing
