Enterprise Partnerships, you will contribute to the smooth operation of services and systems for the Enterprise Hub building and Enterprise Partnerships Unit, provide a high level of customer service, and facilitate activities and events in support of the broader activities of the Hub.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Postsecondary qualifications in a business or administrative related discipline or demonstrated experience in a dynamic customer focused and administrative role
  • Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure including the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally, demonstrating professionalism and customer service with a diverse range of people and cultures
  • Demonstrated experience in a teambased environment and providing excellent customer service, using initiative and problemsolving skills and empathy
  • High level skills in the suite of programs in Microsoft Office, experience in the maintenance of data in various information systems
