Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an experienced Quality Advisor to join our team in Hobart and support our Tasmanian operations in the delivery of wide variety of multi-disciplinary projects.

As part of our regional Quality hub for southern Australia, you'll work closely with our Tasmanian business groups and project teams and play a valuable role in the maintenance of Quality strategies and Quality culture so we can achieve continual improvement and legal compliance.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality procedures, regulations, guidelines and identifying areas for improvement. Providing quality systems support using the ISO 9001 Standard and GHD systems as the basis for process improvement. Collecting and analysing data related to quality metrics. Conducting training sessions on quality systems and guidelines. Conducting audits, inspections, and preparing relevant reporting. At times collaborate with the broader GHD Quality community.

What you will bring to the team:

Around 5 years of experience in a similar role Strong analytical skills and ability to exercise sound judgement and decisiveness with problem solving. Sound communication skills and ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships and influence people at all levels. Experience implementing, monitoring and reporting on Quality initiatives and undertaking Quality audits. Experience delivering Quality Management training and presentations.
