  • APAC>Bid Management Onshore**
    Responsibilities:
  • Engage with, and coordinate inputs from key competencies such as Transport, Crane and Installation, Engineering and Procurement
  • Interact with Project Planners and Turbine Installation to develop programs
  • Develop construction costing solutions during the bidding process, ensuring timely passage through the stages of the sales process
  • Negotiation of construction annexures in turbine supply and EPC agreements
  • Anticipate and describe risks associated with construction activities
  • Act as a sparring partner to the sales team and other Bid Managers for operational and construction costrelated topics, to ensure high customer value creation

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business or a comparable degree.
  • 5+ years of project management, bid/proposal management or sales management experience, ideally within wind energy, power plants, infrastructure, or the construction industry
  • Experience with commercial negotiations
  • Structured and flexible working methods, paired with a pronounced cost awareness
  • Experience in delivering results in a complex organization selling largescale projects

  • Willing to travel occasionally to wind farm sites across Australia and New Zealand
