THE ROLE

As a Project Manager for this exciting company you will be involved right from the get-go.
You'll manage project team members and subcontractors, overseeing daily management, supervision, coordination, and ensuring successful project completion.
Leading the team to adhere to their safety culture, you'll also be accountable for meeting all necessary time and cost goals.

  • Understand and implement all relevant project management procedures and methodology for our client
  • Coordinate and manage project team, trades, suppliers, consultants, and authorities
  • Monitor compliance with building regulations, safety codes, and acts; resolve project issues promptly
  • Ensure site management has the necessary assistance for project delivery to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Oversee CA process, job costing, cost reporting, and tendering

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management (or equivalent).
  • 8-10 years experience working as a Project Manager on similar projects within multi-level Apartment or Commercial office buildings. Completed single Project experience of over $30mill
  • Impeccable attention to detail. If you have a desire to work on technically challenging projects, this could be for you
  • Strong delegation skills. You must be able to coordinate key stakeholders involved within projects on the construction and client-side
  • Strong skills across the board with communication, time management, planning, multi-tasking, negotiation and organisation
