The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bookkeeper to join our team.

Our client base is growing and as a result are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to come on board and provide bookkeeping services to our clients across a range of industries.

Working closely with our accountants, your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Data entry and processing accounting data;
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable;
  • Accounts preparation to trial balance;
  • Payroll for clients;
  • Bank Reconciliations;
  • Liaising with accounting team
  • Assisting with BAS / IAS / Payroll Tax preparation

To be successful within this role you will have:

  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
  • Experience across software platforms such as MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks; Experience with NetSuite will be highly regarded.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Ability to relate to people at all levels;
  • Confident manner and the ability to work autonomously; and
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
