Barista/All Rounders responsibilities and duties:
Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages

Good communication skills

Speak and interact with both new and regular customers

Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty program

Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment

Follow health and safety guidelines

Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items coffees with latte art

Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance

Contribute to a positive team environment

Barista qualifications and skills, can handle 6-8 kilos of coffees on shift

POS and cash handling

25-30 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 630am, must be available on weekends

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Right attitude - high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers

Ability to work as part of a positive and close knit team

Well presented, communication skills and time management skills

Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred

Immaculate personal presentation

Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months

Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts
