The Role:

The Duties:

Online site management including content and site optimisation
Drive the sales performance of their website
Maintain product databases
Monitor product pricing
Provide insights and reporting on customer shopping trends
Liaise with photography and manage product imagery
Manage the workload of the content team
Manage and update online listings
Maintain and improve the performance of the platform, ensuring customer experience is optimised and sales revenue commitments are realised.
Generate and prepare various stock and sales reports
Review all content for product descriptions
Other duties as required

The Requirements:

Previous experience within a similar role with skills in reporting and analytics an advantage
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to lead and manage effectively
