About the role:

This position reports directly to the VP of Brand Creative / Creative Director at Tritium Pty Ltd and is based in Murarrie, Brisbane.

The 3D Generalist / Graphic Design Artist is responsible for development of graphic communications from concept to publication.

The role covers a wide range of marketing collateral including, 3D artist impressions, illustrations, infographics, image retouching, animations and much more.

This role is strongly focused on graphic design and creating 3D artist impressions managing artwork for our products, while at the same time working with colleagues around the global business on marketing campaigns while supporting the needs of the Design Studio, communications collateral, events, and communications projects as directed by the Creative Director.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• As a member of the wider design team, you will work collaboratively to deliver high quality art against strict internal and customer deadlines.
• Working with your team to meet customer needs by following design briefs, grasping customer needs, and meeting all outlined specifications.
• Contribute to the development of charger artwork processes and workflows.
• Prepare finished art for a variety of collateral ready for print.
• Be responsible of creation of 3D artists impressions of products in various environments.
• Create 3D visualisation for bid submissions, customer facing presentations, printed collateral and online environments.
• Produce onbrand marketing collateral, illustrations, graphics, animations as directed by the VP of Brand Creative/Creative Director
• Liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.

About you:

• Tertiary qualifications in 3D Modelling, Game Design, Graphic Design or Visual Communications
• Minimum 35 years' experience in the 3D Illustration / video gaming or graphic design industry
• Ability to work collaboratively within a global team.
• Develop strategic design solutions from a creative brief.
• Experience working with 3D environments/models
• Be able to take direction and guidance as needed.
• Ability to quickly learn Blender (Tritium currently uses Blender & Keyshot) and or
• Demonstrated experience or ability to learn 3D online product configurator technology (Tritium uses Verge3D)
• Fluent in 3ds Max or Maya
• High level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign
• A background in video game / visual effects would be advantageous but not essential.
