Located in the Girraween area, our client is a thriving, independently branded Real Estate agency that employs over 40 staff across two locations.

Led from the front by a forward-thinking Principal who likes to develop his staff for enduring careers within the industry, this is an exceptional role for someone who wants to get in to Real Estate sales.


Duties:


Commencing as an Assistant, supporting a Senior Sales Executive this role will provide you the skills and knowledge to become a Sales Executive in the future.


Your day to day will include:

  • Calling prospective clients, using database
  • Putting out all the pointer signs ready for Saturday for open inspection
  • Presettlement inspections
  • Assisting with research and providing home appraisals
  • Assisting with listing properties for sale
  • Door knocking to get listings

Specific requirements:

  • Whilst our client doesn't require Real Estate industry experience, you will have a strong desire to work in the industry
  • Previous sales or customer service experience will be highly regarded
  • Comfortable making phone calls
  • Live locally to Sydney's West / NorthWest and be familiar with the areas
  • A current, or about to complete your Certificate of Registration
