The 2IC role
As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care

This will include:

• Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming)
• Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations.
• Interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible
• Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend.
• Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
• Comanage or coordinate during the school holiday program

You

• You're passionate about kids, have loads of energy and can just love to have fun
• You're a strong team player with excellent problemsolving skills and a cando, positive attitude
• Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential we can train you
• You have outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written
• You are looking for stable, permanent part time hours up to 25 per week.
