Specializing in women's activewear, this brand embodies the Move, Nourish, Believe ethos and is in search of a Store Manager to join their expanding team and uphold a positive team environment. This position is located at Birkenhead Point.

What will you be doing:

  • Dedicated to fostering a high-performing team and being a hands-on Store Manager
  • Maintain exceptional store standards through outstanding Visual Merchandising practices
  • Demonstrate a hunger for success by consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Create a vibrant and engaging work atmosphere by nurturing relationships with both staff and customers

What you need:

  • Prior experience in Retail Store Management
  • Business-oriented mindset with expertise in operations to handle rostering, wage control, stock management, and visual merchandising effectively
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and pivot operationally when needed
  • Preferably, background in apparel and footwear retail
  • A genuine enthusiasm for health and fitness
  • Ready to take the next step in your retail career
