About the opportunity

An exciting ongoing opportunity for a UX Design consultant exists within the Digital Innovation Branch which provides the core functions of architecture services, digital platform services, agile services, business engagement, and business analysis.

As a UX Design consultant you will deliver high-quality, accessible design and research work.
You will work with cross-functional partners across the Department and external suppliers to shape the organisation's products and services.
About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering large scale design and research
  • Solid understanding of service design and research techniques and best practices
  • Outstanding communication skills with excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Sound understanding of wireframing, prototyping and interface design.
  • Proven experience with the use of design tools such as Figma
