With a new investment strategy at hand, they are seeking Registered Nurses to become a part of the team and have a voice in their future.


  • We have x2 Perm Part-Time positions available for PCW's to join their Whittlesea facility._

The role


Working as a
Personal Care Worker, you will provide high quality holistic care to the residents as a team and independently.

You will carry out your duties in accordance to the Aged Care Standards and the organisations policies & procedures. This will involve consulting with your colleagues to provide assistance with resident hygiene, daily living & lifestyle activities.

Your duties will include:

  • Assist residents with their personal care & hygiene needs whilst encouraging independence
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents and colleagues
  • Complete incident reports and risk assessments
  • Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by the Team Leader or Registered Nurse
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Skills & Requirements:

  • Qualified with a Cert III or IV in Individual Support
  • Good understanding of the Aged Care Standards
  • Previous Aged Care experience is desirable
  • Clear verbal & written communication
