Select how often (in days) to receive an alert: Create Alert Customer Service and Business Improvement (CSBI) Homes NSW | Housing Services Location – Parramatta with flexible work locations available Employment type – Temporary up to 6 months Salary – $106,025 pa - $117,363 pa plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading CSBI's main focus areas are driving innovation and continuous improvement to our service systems; supporting and enhancing a suite of existing digital platforms that service the business, customers and the broader community; monitoring and driving improvements to business performance, customer service and communications; and growing the capability of the Housing workforce through an extensive professional development program.

CSBI operates a large program of work to expand services offered to customers, the community and our staff through modern, high quality and innovative digital solutions.

CSBI has delivered and provides ongoing management, support and a program of enhancements to the Homes NSW My Housing Online suite of services, the My Housing (i OS and Android) customer mobile application, and a range of internal business applications delivered through i OS mobile applications and Salesforce.

Strong passion to improve the customer experience Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills Ability to interpret policy, process and procedure Strong attention to detail The ability to work co-operatively in a team environment Good communication and engagement skills Knowledge of DCJ Housing systems (HOMES) and Housing processes Experience in working in Access & Demand and Tenancy teams Project management qualifications, such as Prince 2, Agile or be willing to undertake skills training to achieve these qualifications Key accountabilities Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes Communicate with key stakeholders including the coordination of working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning Contribute to the design, implementation and coordination of projects to deliver effective business outcomes and improve the experience of clients who access and receive services from DCJ.
