Ongoing full time opportunity (35 hours per week)
Salary ranging from $101,947 to $112,849pa. Plus employer contribution to super and annual leave loading
Your role
The Team Leader works collaboratively across Victims Services to ensure the effective delivery of the Victims Support Scheme and drives continuous improvement of our policies, procedures and practices.
What you'll do
As the team leader you will lead, develop and coach the team to deliver high level client service and support for victims of crime, ensuring timely services that exceed client expectations and meet quality assurance and performance targets.
You will also need to be aware of and comply with all relevant legislations and regulatory frameworks that Victims Services works within and support the team in acquiring this working knowledge too.
What we're looking for
Business hours for Victims Services are between 9:00am and 5:00pm. The Team Leader Client Service and Management must be available to work between these times.
Experience leading, developing and supporting a multi-disciplinary team in an environment that exposes staff to information that is sensitive and often confronting.
