ABOUT THE ROLE


We have an exciting opportunity for a
Junior Planner to join our team We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic team player who will assist with planning activities associated with our duty free
stores across Australia & New Zealand; ensuring we have the right stock, in the right store, at the right time for our customers.


THIS ROLE WILL SEE YOU:

  • Assist with management of entire product life cycle, advising the buyers on effective logistics and allocation methods
  • Assist with replenishment ordering from local and international suppliers
  • Plan and forecast for merchandise purchases
  • Adjustment of min/max parameters according to SKU performance and seasonal event requirements
  • Analyse and initiate stock replenishment to stores
  • Review and follow up of outstanding order statuses

_ Essential_

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business or related field
  • High level of planning and analytical skills
  • A commercial acumen and understanding of key retail & financial measurements
  • Experience in FMCG
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in automated replenishment systems
  • Exceptionally organised and efficient
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines

_ Desirable_

  • Experience with international purchases for a wide variety of consumer goods will be highly regarded
  • Experience in Duty Free industry or with its products
  • Experience with Just Enough software
