What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Project Manager interested in joining our team to help deliver a pipeline of client projects in 2024.
Role Responsibilities:
Your collaborative and consultative nature will enable you to align with key project stakeholders, defining and establishing project goals and success criteria. With strong communication, planning, and influencing skills, you will tenaciously oversee deliverables, foresee and resolve risks and issues, and report accordingly to project stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager and/or PMP Certification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies, project life cycle, and project documentation
  • Proven experience in the delivery of medium to large-scale projects using formal project management methodology, techniques, and tools
  • Strong experience with ERP and CRP implementations
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining key project deliverables
  • Proven experience in managing issues, scope, and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within cost and time requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to balance time, cost, and resources to achieve desired outcomes
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Exemplary communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Operate in a well-structured, methodical manner, including detailed project planning and commercial reporting
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
  • Proven experience in program management, including the successful delivery of complex initiatives
  • Must possess demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing ERP projects, showcasing expertise in enterprise resource planning implementations
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a distinct advantage
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
