About the Role
We are currently seeking a Head Nurse who will lead our nursing division across our WA business. The full-time role, which will be based in Perth, will require travel across all our WA sites and candidates musthave some form of cardiac experience.
A Registered Nurse (RN) role within the community radiology setting delivers safe compassionate clinical care; working collaboratively with the radiology team to achieve best practice patient outcomes. The engages in reflective, analytical practice through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of direct person-centered care. The RN continually improves their skills and knowledge developing from graduate to highly skilled Registered Nurse.

You Will Have
- Cardiac experience is a MUST
- Team leadership/management skills are preferred
- Effective time management
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, discretion and customer service
- An understanding of current medical imaging nursing practises is preferred but not essential
- Able to assist with interventional procedures, both pre and post procedural workup and after-care is required
