About the role

We are looking for a Senior Productivity and Agile Lead to play a crucial role in improving productivity metrics and offering strategic guidance to our Delivery Optimization team. Your work will drive positive changes in key metrics and contribute to the overall performance enhancement of our teams.

As a Senior Productivity and Agile Lead with us, you will be instrumental in spearheading impactful changes that will influence the future of our cities and communities, making your work both meaningful and exciting.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Develop key metrics for evaluating portfolio, program, and initiative success
  • Offer a strategic perspective to enhance delivery metrics and identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Gather and analyze performance and delivery-related data
  • Implement best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Facilitate work processes, encourage collaboration, and ensure alignment between teams

This position is ideal for individuals with a inquisitive mindset and diverse skills, such as:

  • Strong grasp of delivery metrics and industry standards
  • Experience in devising strategies to enhance baseline metrics with hands-on execution
  • Proficient in building and managing business relationships
  • Extensive expertise in data visualization and deriving actionable insights
  • Sound knowledge of work methodologies, prioritization, and multitasking in complex settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for all organizational levels
  • Advanced proficiency with delivery tools
