Due to organic growth within our Perth office, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team. About your role

We are currently looking to bring onboard a Blue-Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction, Property & Engineering recruitment team in Perth. You will join a strong team of recruiters and be responsible for the temporary placement of skilled blue-collar professionals with our top clients in the WA market.

Your day to day;

  • Business development & Client relationship management
  • Manage the sourcing process, including sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Conduct background and medical checks
  • Provide advice to candidates on salary levels, skill requirements and market information
  • Administration and reporting

What you will need to succeed

You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.

  • Proven track record recruitment or B2B sales
  • You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
  • Experience hitting KPI's
  • Resilience
