The role:


GoGet, Australia's leading car share business is looking for a full-time Fleet Crew member in Sydney to join its Fleet Operations team.

Do you like being out on the road with lots of autonomy and not being tied to a desk? Then this is the role for you

What a day in the role looks like:

  • Perform simple maintenance and cleaning on our vehicles in Sydney
  • Test, troubleshoot and change batteries, tyres and security unit equipment
  • Ensure all GoGet vehicles are safe and ready for customers, including performing simple checks on brakes, dashboard warning lights, batteries, oil and coolant levels, tyre pressure levels and tyre tread and damage.
  • Troubleshoot and find a fix for systemic fleet problems
  • Take photos of damage and assess vehicles for roadworthiness
  • Work from an online dispatch system in an efficient manner
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation for all vehicles including:
  • Cleanliness inside and out
  • Correct livery always in place
  • In car collateral up to date and present
  • Fix minor vehicle damage and fit basic new vehicle parts as required
  • Moving/transporting vehicles between locations.
  • Comply with WHS and all other GoGet policies to ensure your safety

What you'll bring to the role:

  • NSW driver license and good driving history
  • Solid problemsolving and diagnosis ability
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Able to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
  • Solid attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy
