Company:Ventia- In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, Ventia is seeking a Stores person to join the team at RAAF base Amberley.- As a Stores person, you will be providing logistics support to Defence personnel, and assisting with the day-to-day warehouse operations.

This is a full time permanent position, working Monday-Friday with 12pm clock off on Fridays.
Responsibilities

  • Storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures
  • Preparation and receipt of appropriate documentation including liaison with suppliers
  • Assist in the unloading of goods and checking them against order forms
  • Complete orders by selecting goods and checking them off the appropriate lists
  • Advise supervisor on accurate stock and reordering levels
  • Operating plant and machinery as required to perform stores tasks

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Must Possess a current licence for operating forklifts (LF)
  • Good experience in a warehouse/ logistics background
  • Must be an Australian citizen and able to complete an Australian Federal Police Check
