The Role:

The Department requires the services of an experienced software developer to support the delivery of a range of activities and projects, such as SC User Portal and Collection Management Services Projects.

Skills and Experience Required:
Pre-Requisites: 1. Education/Qualifications: A degree in IT, or other qualification and experience which when taken together are equivalent to a degree.
2. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to anticipate the interests and knowledge level of an audience and present information and feedback accordingly.
3. Behaviours: A history of professional and respectful behaviours and attitudes in a collaborative environment.
4. Adaptability: The ability to effectively manage a number of competing priorities simultaneously, and carry out non-routine tasks under limited direction from Senior Technical/Research staff.
5 Problem Solving: Proven ability to investigate underlying issues of complex and ill-defined problems and develop appropriate responses by adapting/creating and testing alternative solutions.
Essential Criteria:
1 Experienced Sitecore developer
2 Ability to understand the development of the front end and back end 3 User experience (UX) design skills
4 Proficient in Google Analytics

Location and Contract Term: This role can be based in the Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. Initial contract is for 12 months with 1 x 12 month extension options pending budget and delegate approval..

Security Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens. A NV1 security clearance or the ability to obtain and is required
