Your role:
As our Workplace Infrastructure BU Head - Pacific, you will lead our small yet dedicated Workplace Infrastructure sales and project management team, providing guidance for the control and development of the sales targets.
You will be able to develop and execute the business unit's strategic plan in alignment with the overall company objectives, identifying growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats to drive sustainable business growth along the way
Team Leadership will come in to play as you build and lead a high-performing team, providing direction, coaching, and mentorship to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, always ensuring the team is aligned with the unit's goals and objectives.
Financial Management of the business unit's budget, resources, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Implement cost-effective measures and optimize resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
Driving innovation and offering development initiatives to meet customer needs, enhance market competitiveness, and capitalize on emerging opportunities, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new offerings to market efficiently.
Cultivation and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and drive customer satisfaction. We want you to champion a customer-centric approach to business operations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPI's) and metrics to track the business unit's performance against strategic objectives.

Your strong leadership and commercial capabilities, advanced presentation and communication skills together with an ability to build strong cross functional relationships will be paramount to your success in this position.
Being technically minded, with experience within the medical industry ideally, you will be a passionate and motivated individual
