The Spark Consortium has been selected to deliver the Central Package of the North East Link Project - Victoria's biggest road project.

The Spark Consortium's Design and Construction Contractor - which comprises Webuild, CPB Contractors, GS Engineering, and China Construction Oceania - will deliver the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges for the project.

About the opportunity:

To support the delivery of the North East Link Central Package, we are seeking an experienced FRP Supervisor to join our team. The role is required for immediate start and candidates must be flexible with nightshift work.

Minimum Requirements:

Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Contractor on a major project Proven experience in successfully delivering large work packages Excellent awareness of, and attitude toward Safety High level verbal and written communication skills Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the project Effective communication and builds positive relationships with clients, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractors Previous experience with budget control and site delivery management Self-motivated Exceptional Team Leadership skills Computer literacy on MS systems & Outlook

Certificate III in Civil & Construction or Certificate IV in Civil & Construction (or equivalent) is desirable.
