What is the role?

  • Processing of orders with a high level of speed and accuracy
  • Managing queues to ensure all orders are processed within required time frame
  • Ensuring an efficient and high level of service is provided to all customers
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure all targets are meet for the day

Skills and experience

  • Previous Experience in a Data Entry role is a must
  • Advanced attention to detail whilst maintaining a high level of speed;
  • Experience in Navision software preferred;
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
  • Advanced prioritization and time management skills;
  • Sound verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to provide a high level of service to external and internal stakeholders
  • Strong work ethic, ability to drive for results and focus on outcomes
  • High ability to show initiative and be proactive
