STOCKROOM ASSOCIATE - ESSENDON:

    YOUR MISSION:
  • Responsible for all stockroom processes
  • Organize the stockroom setup efficiently, following the global rules, guidelines and policies
  • Respect all health and safety rules and guidelines
  • Responsible for organizing and fulfilling the replenishment of the store
  • Responsible for all stock transfers, send outs and take in
  • Ensuring their correctness and reporting discrepancies
  • Directly responsible for loss prevention and operational compliance within stockroom
  • Manage and achieve / exceed inventory and shrink goals
  • Prepare and execute stock takes and audits
  • Training the employees on stockroom processes
  • Manage and achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals
  • Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and / or the Assistant Store Manager
  • Ensure execution and maintenance of all Visual Guidelines as well as guaranteeing the visual presentation of the Stockroom always meets or exceeds PUMA standards
  • Maintain physical condition of Stockroom according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner
  • Required to comply with all Policies & Procedures, operational core competencies and key accountabilities
  • Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all Store Associates and Customers
  • Required to work nontraditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required

YOUR TALENT:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality industry
  • One to two years of Stockroom experience in a fast paced, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record
  • Selfmotivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
  • Have good communications and relationship building skills
  • Be fair, honest, positive and creative in going above and beyond in serving our customers
  • Demonstrated the ability to achieve or exceed all Inventory and Shrink goals
  • Demonstrated the ability to reason through complex issues, demonstrates effective communication, ability to present information to large groups
