We are currently looking for skilled and safety-oriented professionals to join our team as Welding Supervisors with experience in outages. This role involves overseeing welding resources during plant outages on an industrial site in Collie, WA.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the Superintendent, Leading Hands, and work crews to ensure success, adherence to industry standards, schedule efficiency, and safe work practices.
To be considered for this role, the following skills and experience are preferred:
- Cert 10 – Welding Supervisor – mandatory
- Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication – preferred
- Demonstrated experience in boiler pressure parts or big bore piping
- Experience in workforce allocation, management, and scheduling
- Ability to interpret schedules and provide updates
- Commitment to a safe working environment
- Effective planning, organizing, and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
