The role
Reporting to the Team Leader, Recruitment, you will provide professional recruitment advice and services to the Department of Health. Your impeccable attention to detail and ability to navigate challenges will be instrumental to the role. Within this fast-paced role, you will provide seamless operations and foster efficient communications to various clients.

Being detail-orientated will be crucial within this role, as you will manage confidential recruitment processes, provide complex recruitment advice and guidance to our clients.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing end to end recruitment services for the Department of Health
  • Providing contemporary recruitment advice in line with legislation in a complex environment.
  • Using various recruitment databases and systems HR systems including Springboard, Vader and SAP.
The successful person
You will possess specialist knowledge and experience in the delivery of contemporary recruitment services; ideally in a government setting. You will also be experienced with managing your workload to meet competing deadlines and client requests.

Your strong interpersonal and written communication skills will be required to interact with various clients to successfully provide HR advice in a complex environment.

In addition, you will be proficient in the use of contemporary computerised systems.
Highly desirable skills

  • Job evaluation management (JEMs) experience
  • Adaptable and quick learner with computer systems
