We are looking for an experienced Oracle BRM (Billing & Revenue Management) Support Consultant. You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle BRM systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting Oracle BRM (Billing & Revenue Management) systems
  • Strong knowledge of BRM architecture and functionality
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Oracle BRM
  • Ability to analyze and debug complex BRM system configurations
  • Knowledge of BRM upgrade and patching processes
  • Strong understanding of billing and revenue management concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl, Shell, or Python is a plus
