About the role

Side Room is on the hunt for fun and energetic baristas to join the team.

You know your way around a coffee machine and are passionate about delivering the perfect cup of coffee every time.

You have that vibe customers love and look forward to seeing every day whilst still handling a fast-paced environment without slipping.

Your work goes beyond a perfectly made coffee; it's about creating a human connection with every customer - even if just for a few moments.

Your tasks

• Fast service across barista duties
• Have fun while working hard that's an easy one
• Engage and work well with your team and customers
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene at all times
• Ensure product consistency, maintain operational standards and complete daily tasks

About you

What's most important to us is attitude.

You scream good vibes, are a whole bunch of fun, have an enthusiastic, customer and team member focused personality and care about everything you do, even when no one is watching.

You have a minimum of 2 years previous experience as a barista. You're confident and passionate about food, coffee and healthy lifestyle.
