This 18-week, full-time program, starting July 2024, takes place at our Tudor Park, Loganholme location.


You'll learn the ins and outs of the industry while you earn, mastering essential skills such as food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.

Our comprehensive training ensures you're well-equipped to excel in various hospitality settings, including restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafés, and catering operations.


As part of our commitment to nurturing future hospitality professionals, we're proud to announce the launch of our very own social enterprise café at Kingston East Neighbourhood Group.

This innovative space offers our students the perfect environment to put their skills into practice in a real-world setting.

Under expert guidance, you'll have the opportunity to hone your abilities in our commercial kitchen while actively serving the local community.
