Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Directors and Managers with delivering services within timeframes, cost and quality.
Source your own clients and identify opportunities for new business market or clients.
Assist the development of fee proposals and liaise with clients to identify the project scope and client needs.

Provide a proactive approach to project delivery and client communication Review, assess and provide recommendations of various stages of developments including out of scope works, on-site assessments and reporting - This will include representing our organisation at site visits and client meetings.

Manage your workflow and work output within client deadlines.
Achieve a minimum monthly invoicing target.

Advice and interpretation of the Access provisions of the Building Regulations and other associated documents including the Disability (Access to Premises – Building) Standards 2010 and Disability Standards for Accessible Public Transport (DSAPT), Asset Standards Authority Accessibility Standards for Rail Infrastructure.

Advice relating to Universal Design and DDAAdvice and interpretation of the Livable Housing Design Standards Assistance in the application of Access Regulations to project design and development.

Participation in negotiations with Building Regulatory Authorities.
