Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in the role, you will require the following:

  • A genuine passion to work alongside participants/the elderly and to make a positive and lasting difference in their lives
  • Professional experience of the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to a personcentred focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances
  • A sense of humour (another bonus not a requirement)
  • Resilience and compassion
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field preferred
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current National Police check
  • Current Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
  • The right to work in Australia

$ $35.00 per hour
