The Company

Our client are Successful home builder who specialize in large townhouse development projects and Greenfield housing. They are partnered with a Prominent land developer meaning they have an extremely strong and consistent pipeline of work.

This role would see you on a medium density townhouse project consisting of 122 Townhouses located in Melbourne's inner city suburbs.

You would be responsible for managing 18 jobs of your own, receiving close support from a Construction manger and 2 Senior Site managers.

Your New Role

  • Supervise all work onsite for multiple townhouses
  • Ensure quality of work throughout all stages of construction within set deadlines. Driving all jobs from start-to-finish;
  • Manage sub-contractors.
  • Ensure homes are built to specifications, legal requirements & meet council laws;
  • Monitor and confirm that ETS is within budgeted parameters;
  • Supporting your team to help deliver maximum efficient outcomes
  • Promote & maintain safe work protocols at all times - safety inspections as required;

What you'll need to succeed:

  • A proven track record of delivering consistent projects to the deadline within allocated budgets;
  • Must have Projects experience
  • Experience working for a Medium-Density residential homebuilder in Victoria for more than 3 years;
  • Positive proactive attitude & problem-solving ability;
  • Consistently hardworking, honest and interested in being an integral part of a valuable team;
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills across both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality finishes;
  • Comprehensive understanding of BCA and Rescode;
