About the opportunity
In this role, you will play a key part in leading and overseeing the field-based MSL team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting MSL activities to ensure they align with the medical strategy and operational plans. Reporting to the Medical Director, you will collaborate with international and regional stakeholders to drive medical initiatives and generate insights. Your leadership will have a significant impact on fostering high performance and continuous improvement within the MSL team.

Duties

  • Lead and manage the MSL team, promoting a culture of high performance, development, continuous improvement, and ethical standards
  • Establish relationships with KOLs in accordance with medical strategy and KOL management plans
  • Train internal teams to address medical inquiries from various HCPs
  • Contribute to reviewing internal SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency

Skills and Experience

  • MD, PhD, MSc, or equivalent tertiary qualification in life sciences
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing field-based MSLs/Scientific professionals
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Prior MSL experience
  • Ability to engage in discussions with field experts at their level
  • Outstanding communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
