Our purpose as a Marketing team is to facilitate this goal by growing UpGuard with a repeatable and scalable marketing engine and a leading brand. Why are we hiring this role? As UpGuard continues to scale at a rapid rate, we're now looking for a Frontend Developer to join our growing Marketing team.

What will you accomplish?

Work in Webflow to implement bespoke designs, layouts, and animations. Maintain updates to our Webflow website and support our content authors. Collaborate with web designers and copywriters in the Growth Marketing squad to achieve team objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate feedback and suggestions. Work with the broader design team to meet our style and quality standards and support this with technical design system implementation within Webflow. Manage integrations with the broader marketing stack including CMS, booking & email platforms.

What we're looking for?

Your ability to build pixel-perfect designs (provided as Figma documents) within Webflow. Experience in scalable design patterns, design systems, and components. Design thinking skills and the ability to positively critique design. Strong experience in collaborative design software such as Figma. Exceptional knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Excellent communication & presentation skills. Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

What will give you an edge?

A portfolio of projects that highlights your eye for design. Bonus points if you keep a design swipe file. Strong experience coding with frontend JavaScript to create bespoke interactive web experiences. An interest in motion design and web-based motion and animation libraries.
