The Role:


An exciting and rewarding opportunity exists for a driven and suitably experienced
People Experience Partner to join the People Experience team at Northern Health.

As key member of the People Experience team, this position will be instrumental in developing and driving the role out of a number of people experience initiatives while expertly supporting managers and staff in all aspects of people experience.


This role works closely with all teams across people and culture to deliver key people projects, employee engagement and reward and recognition activities across the organisation.


Full-Time on-going role, Part Time 4 days per week considered.

Some key accountabilities include:

  • Contribute to key employee experience projects and initiatives, including coordinating events that recognise and celebrate our staff
  • Coordinate the quarterly reward and recognition program and annual service awards, measuring and evaluating impact and recommending improvements
  • Develop Northern Health's Employee Value Proposition
  • Develop and review workplace surveys (e.g. People Matter Survey, Pulse Checks and Exit Surveys), to measure and track staff engagement, manager support factors and wellbeing related factors
  • Work in a collaborative manner to provide People Experience services to managers, employees and senior leaders
  • Ability to think differently about engagement and employee experience
  • Experience working on engagement and people initiatives that have positively impacted employee experiences
  • An agile mindset with adaptable communication skills
  • Experience and knowledge of employee experience principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exposure to people metrics and contribution to culture improvement plans
  • Understanding of organisational issues and challenges
