  • Role Overview:
  • The Services Contractor will be responsible for providing essential services and support on an airport project. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all services provided meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure safety.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, work schedules, and any necessary permits or licenses.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project duration.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and work within the allocated budget, seeking costeffective solutions whenever possible.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective coordination and integration of services across different project phases.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in project processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
