Looking for an exciting administrative role in the medical field? Join our dynamic team at RPA Virtual Hospital as an Administrative Officer (Level 4) - Medical Services.

Take part in the delivery of efficient and effective administration functions to support our virtual and in-person medical team. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring smooth workflow processes and enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline administrative workflow processes to optimize efficiency.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain rosters for the medical team, utilizing the Health Roster system.
  • Support management, identify risks, and implement risk management strategies.
  • Contribute to auditing and quality activities to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the electronic medical record, recording patient admissions, discharges, and clinical statistics.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment, effectively managing a variable workload and multitasking.
  • Provide secretariat support for Clinical Director and Medical Team meetings, including agenda development and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Uphold privacy and confidentiality legislative requirements.
  • Foster team spirit through open communication and collaboration with the care team.
  • Participate in policy and procedure development and review related to administrative functions.
  • Perform general administration duties such as mailing, photocopying, filing, and correspondence drafting.
