Who YOU need to be:

As a barista you will be passionate about making specialty coffee. You will be driven to learn about the Grounds coffee, from roasting to latte art. You will work well in a team of skilled baristas and coffee professionals. You'll have such a strong desire for detail, and will be driven to maximizing customer experience.

Key Skill Ingredients:

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  • A passion for specialty coffee and thirst for knowledge.
  • Have the willingness to learn and adapt to new brewing techniques.
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow with us
  • Ideally 2 years experience in a high volume café or coffee shop
  • Ability to work with 5kg+ coffee per day
