Role Overview

This position will require you to collaborate closely with the commercial directors and project managers in NSW to interpret, draft, and negotiate contracts throughout project lifecycles. It offers the chance to be involved in all aspects of front-end construction law and project delivery matters as needed.

You will collaborate with different commercial managers, project teams, and external legal advisors to provide the business with practical and commercial legal solutions and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess 3-9 years of post-admission experience primarily in front-end construction law.

In addition, you should:

  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrate a talent for building relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Show proficiency in tackling challenging intellectual and practical issues; and
  • Be determined to achieve results in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
