Duties:
- Ensure records are managed in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures
- Provide proficient and accurate data entry of records information into the Practice Management system
- Management and recording of documents in and out of safe custody
- Assess requests for the release of safe custody documents with assistance and instructions from the solicitors
- Ensure the Firm's procedures and client ID requirements are followed prior to releasing safe custody documentation
- Auditing of the safe custody packets
- Incorporate recently acquired law firms' packets into their current practice management system
- Accompany the Firm's professional staff with the witnessing of clients' legal documents
- Other administrative duties from time to time
Skills and Experience:
- High level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask, manage competing priorities, and keep calm under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously and also assist others in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of computer and data entry skills
