We have multiple permanent opportunities for warehouse operators in 2023.

As a Warehouse Operator the in the logistics Department, you will work with a small crew to ensure we deliver on our vision to bring enjoyment and connection to everyday moments in life.


Please note:
These roles will require flexibility to work on a 24/5, rotating 12-hour day/night roster.

Key responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading trucks as they arrive in a timely manner
  • Inventory management tasks
  • Movement and coordination of items throughout the facility
  • Loading machinery with required materials
  • Assisting with picking orders as required by site
  • Maintaining a safe work environment for yourself; your colleagues and site transport contractors, including the use of correct PPE and reporting of safety incident/injuries
  • Support the daytoday operations schedule to achieve performance targets
  • Participate in and/or use problem solving tools such as 5 WHYs to identify and eliminate root cause where issues arise
  • Adapt to site needs, completing production and process work as required

About You

  • A proven ability to work in a fastpaced environment preferably within an FMCG, Manufacturing or Logistics/Supply Chain operation
  • Experience in Warehousing, Transport and Logistics will be highly regarded with RF scanning experience favourable
  • Exposure to operating within the Chain of Responsibility is desirable
  • Current forklift licence with twin tyne experience preferred
  • A passion for safety, ensuring that not only yourself but that your entire team is operating in a safe manner and following processes
  • An ability to work on repetitive tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail and focus on quality
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer creative solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to change, along with the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
