We are currently seeking a Frontline Receptionist to join our growing Service team.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have previous experience in a customer-facing role with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of service. Previous automotive experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills
- A high level of professionalism and personal presentation
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- A current Drivers Licence
- Confident computer skills - Able to pick up new systems
As the face of our Service Department, you will be responsible for meeting and hosting customers, customer engagement as well as clerical and administration duties as required.
