Your Opportunity
Berry Street's Family and Early Intervention Services program in the Western Region provides a range of multidisciplinary supports that focus on supporting young people, Women and Youth at risk of homelessness, and Victim-Survivors to find stability and connection within their family, community and networks.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Program Manager to fulfill a newly developed position in the Early Intervention and Housing Services, overseeing and supporting a range of programs including but not limited to the Mi Village, Reconnect, Family Reconciliation and Housing and Homelessness programs.
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for ongoing supervisory support of the Senior Workers and Team Leaders who sit within your new portfolio, ensuring services are delivered to a high standard and strongly align with Berry Street's values.
Your Skills and Experience
With extensive experience within the Family and Early Interventions Services sector, we are seeking a values driven Manager with demonstrated experience in the development and facilitation of intervention programs, as well as an underpinning passion for the welfare of Children, Young People, Mothers and Victim-Survivors.
You will bring a strong understanding of the complexities of the service system, and demonstrated experience holding a team of Senior staff through supervision and direct reporting to deliver a high standard of services to the community.
A tertiary qualification in Health, Education, Youth Work, Social Work, Community Development or similar is required for the position, and a dual qualification would be highly regarded.
