TIPPER DRIVER (part time)


Pakenham Sand and Soil is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic tipper driver to serve our garden and concrete supply yard in a safe and timely manner.


Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Operating the Tipper and related equipment in a safe manner.
  • Transporting of goods and materials & meeting time related targets.
  • Loading trucks for deliveries going out the next day.
  • Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you will be accountable for ensuring the inspection and delivery of goods and materials.


The successful applicant will need to be motivated and a safety focused individual, able to work as part of a team and with mínimal supervision.


It is essential for applicants to:

  • Have a current tipper truck licence (MR)
  • HR Licence preferred but not essential.
  • Be reliable and punctual.
  • Have a professional work ethic.
  • Be available to work regular overtime including Saturdays.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be physically able to perform all tasks associated with this position.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
From $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekends only

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

  • MR Driver Licence (required)
