The Poultry Cutter is a key member of the team who works in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality and hygienic products.


The Poultry Cutter must take pride in their wrok, as well as excellent knife skills and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:

  • Expertly cut and trim poultry according to established standards
  • Ensure quality control of all product
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all occupational health and safety guidelines
  • Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly maintained
  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and best practices
  • Monitor and control inventory levels
  • Help maintain a clean and hygienic work space
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of working in a highvolume kitchen
  • Previous experience as a Poultry Cutter
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 15kgs and operate required equipment
  • Excellent knife skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions
  • Working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety guidelines
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
