About the role
We are seeking a passionate, customer focussed and team oriented Subdivision Officer


Our Urban Planning team prides itself on providing the very best customer service and to deliver a solution focused, professional and efficient planning and subdivision service.

We facilitate the orderly land use and development within the City of Glen Eira, with a focus on creating great places where our communities can live, work or play.


You will deliver professional, efficient and effective subdivision services to Council, land surveyors, developers and the general public, and to ensure that Council's statutory obligations under relevant legislation are met.


You will have access to training and development that is specific to your development needs, and you will be supported to grow yourself and your capabilities.


About you
The key for us is that you strive to deliver great customer service, are hard working and solutions orientated.


You will have well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and clearly communicate with members of the public, land surveyors, applicants, colleagues and other Council departments.
